We employ a committed caring and enthusiastic workforce. We have a very consistent and happy team who are dedicated and passionate in providing a welcoming, stimulating and nurturing environment for all children. All staff are very well focused on the well being of the children who are in their care.
We are extremely proud of our amazing team as they deliver high standards of professionalism. All of our staff are qualified in childcare with a small percentage working towards their qualifications. A considerate number of staff members are pursuing further education in BA Hons Degrees, Foundation Degrees and other relevant NVQ’s.
To ensure we are selecting the suitable candidates for our strong and committed team, we follow a successful, robust two-step interview procedure. This is done by shortlisting and screening applications, following a stage 1 formal interview. If successful we then invite the applicant in for our stage 2 practical assessment.
Applicants are vetted via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to ensure we are making safer recruitment decisions and preventing unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, i.e. children.
According to the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS, 2017), it is mandatory for all new employees both at level 2 and 3 to have either a full or emergency Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate within three moths of starting work. We are proud to say all staff members at Tarbiyah Nurseries have already completed their Paediatric First Aid (PFA) training.
